Meet Our Team

Dr. Schloop was inspired to enter the field of obstetrics and gynecology while working as a nursing assistant in college. She continued her training and was met with the unwavering support of many other female physicians in the field who helped shape her into the person and provider she is today. She strives to provide the same support to her patients as they make important decisions throughout their healthcare journeys. Dr. Schloop has specific interests in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, contraception counseling, and prenatal/postpartum care.

Dr. Kaiser-Blase has always had an interest in women's issues. Being raised by a strong, immigrant physician mother, she knew first-hand the impact women have on the family, society, and health care. When she decided to study medicine, Ob-Gyn was a natural fit. She loves witnessing the strength of mothers bringing life into the world and has a deep appreciation for the combination of preventive and surgical care the field offers. She finds both the obstetric and gynecologic aspects rewarding and feels blessed to have walked with women at some of the most significant times in their lives. She remains committed to providing compassionate care to women at every phase.

Dr. Schiller has a strong dedication to supporting women through every stage of life, with a particular interest in postmenopausal medicine. Dr. Schiller's passion lies in making a positive impact on the lives of women, providing them with the care and support they need for a healthier and happier journey.

Dr. Rehm has been in private practice since 1993. She entered the Ob-Gyn field to empower, educate, and care for women in their many transitions in life. She is married with two daughters who are also in medicine. In her free time, she enjoys travel, golf, boating, and tending to her gardens.

Dr. Lucas is passionate about minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, including robotics. She loves the continuity of care with patients she has delivered and watching their family grow through the years.

Dr. Smith believes in a patient-centric approach to women’s health care. In addition to being an attentive and compassionate resource through all stages of a woman’s life, she has a special interest in Robotic Hysterectomy (DaVinci) and laparoscopic minimally invasive surgeries. In her free time, she enjoys reading, Peloton, and spending time with family.

Dr. Moore is a board-certified Ob-Gyn and a fellow of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. From childhood, Dr. Moore’s love of science and helping people inspired her career path to become a doctor and help women at all stages of life. She partners with her patients to maintain good health, which includes finding solutions to their problems that align with who they are as individuals and the goals they have for their lives—whether it involves natural methods of care, medication, or surgery. She has a special interest in obstetrics, gynecology, fibroids, and menopause management.

It didn’t take long for Dr. Fishbaugh to realize she wanted to be a doctor after following her father on rounds during his time as a family practice physician. For her, obstetrics and gynecology has been a rewarding specialty. She celebrates happy times with her patients and also helps them through some of the toughest health obstacles. She appreciates the continuity of care and seeing patients through different phases of their lives. Dr. Fishbaugh is married and has four children. In her free time she spends time with her family at sporting events, enjoys traveling, and loves a good beach read.

Dr. Lewis chose to specialize in Ob-Gyn because it allows her to provide comprehensive care to women throughout their entire lifetime. She enjoys the ability to split her time among seeing patients in the office, delivering babies, and operating. She takes a patient-centered approach to care with a focus on patient education. She has a special interest in fertility evaluation and treatment and is trained in minimally invasive surgery.  

Dr. Thomas specializes in obstetrics and gynecologic care, as well as infertility counseling, embracing everything from routine office visits to complex surgical procedures. She is skilled in minimally invasive surgery, continuously seeking innovative solutions to enhance the quality of life for her patients. Her commitment extends beyond treatment, as she actively educates women on essential healthcare screenings to mitigate the risk of cancer, particularly gynecologic cancers. Inspired by the holistic nature of obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Thomas cherishes the ability to offer both primary and specialized care, building lifelong relationships with her patients from adolescence through adulthood. Her approach to women’s healthcare is profoundly empathetic. She strives to empower women, encouraging them to prioritize their health to better care for themselves as much as they do for others. With a commitment to providing comprehensive, quality care across all life stages—from pre-puberty to post-menopause—she views practicing medicine not just as a profession, but as the most rewarding aspect of her life.

Dr. White is a board-certified physician who strives to make a meaningful difference in women's lives through all stages of life. With a deep understanding that every patient is unique, Dr. White emphasizes personalized evaluations and tailored treatment plans to meet individual health needs effectively. Her clinical passions include managing high-risk pregnancies and advancing minimally invasive procedures through robotic-assisted surgery, aiming to enhance patient care and recovery. She is committed to providing exceptional, compassionate healthcare.

Emily is a dedicated and board-certified physical therapist at Women First OBGYN, specializing in pelvic floor therapy, geriatrics, and the care of underserved populations. With a strong commitment to providing compassionate and comprehensive care, Emily focuses on empowering her patients through personalized treatment plans and advanced therapeutic techniques. Her clinical expertise and passion for improving patient quality of life make her a trusted advocate for women's health and wellness.

Jessica Konal, MD, is a dedicated and forward-thinking obstetrician-gynecologist known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. She has clinical interests in the management of abnormal uterine bleeding, comprehensive obstetrical care, and advanced gynecologic procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgery. Deeply committed to patient education and empowerment, Dr. Konal partners with individuals to help them better understand their bodies and feel confident in their care decisions. She values the opportunity to support patients through life’s most vulnerable, challenging, and meaningful moments, developing personalized approaches to health maintenance and treatment with both expertise and empathy. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, whale watching, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.

Dr. Stumpf’s clinical interests include low-risk and high-risk obstetrics, contraception counseling, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, hysterectomies, and menopause management. She considers it a privilege to support patients during life's most joyful milestones, such as welcoming a new baby, while also helping them navigate more difficult experiences, including pregnancy loss, infertility, and complex gynecologic conditions. Her approach to care is rooted in listening, education, and shared decision-making. She values the lasting relationships that develop through caring for patients over time and believes women deserve to feel heard, respected, and informed throughout their healthcare journey. Through a combination of evidence-based medicine, surgical expertise, and compassionate care, Dr. Stumpf is committed to advocating for women's health across generations.

Christine's enduring dedication lies in supporting women. Her goal is to attentively address her patients' concerns and impart valuable guidance tailored to their specific needs. Throughout the birthing process, she collaborates closely with women, offering a range of options and unwavering support at every stage.

Erynn’s passion is educating young adults and adolescents regarding female anatomy and health, as well as addressing misinformation. She has a special interest in postpartum depression, sexual health education, and LARCS (Long-acting reversible contraceptives, including IUDs and Nexplanon).

Jamie is a physician assistant with specialties in obstetrics & gynecology and internal medicine. She is passionate about helping women live their healthiest lives and finds meaning in building genuine connections with her patients. With special interests in reproductive health education, family planning, and long-acting reversible contraceptives, Jamie is dedicated to guiding women through every stage of their reproductive journey. She also has a strong focus on supporting patients as they navigate the hormonal changes throughout life, always striving to provide care that is sensitive, supportive, and aligned with each woman’s unique needs and values.

Janice completed her BSN at Madonna University in 2008 and graduated in 2023 with her MSN as a Certified Nurse-Midwife at Frontier Nursing University. She is also certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board, licensed by the Michigan Board of Nursing, and is affiliated with the American College of Nurse-Midwives. She served on Labor & Delivery for 10 years and has extensive experience in natural birthing centers. She is passionate about providing patient-centered care, including family planning, holistic birth, and empowering women to make informed decisions regarding their health. Janice also enjoys serving overseas on mission trips and utilizing her heart for Nurse-Midwifery in countries where resources for women's health education is scarce. She is Filipino-American and born in California but Michigan has become her home. She is married and has three daughters.

Leah enjoys getting to know her patients and providing personalized and compassionate care for women of all ages and backgrounds. Leah began her career in women’s health as a new nurse on the gynecology unit at Beaumont, taking care of a variety of womens health conditions, from surgery recovery to cancer treatments. She later worked in the family birth center for over 20 years, caring for obstetric patients. As a Nurse Practitioner, she has worked in the hospital setting in OB triage, as well as in clinical practice at Women First OB/GYN Center for a wide range of women's health needs, including implant and IUD procedures, menopause treatment, and weight loss counseling.

Tracie is dedicated to championing and delivering exceptional healthcare to the women and families she collaborates with across the entire spectrum of life. She values the distinctive and trusting connections forged with each person, fostering a secure environment for open communication. With 18 years of experience as a labor and delivery nurse, Tracie sought to extend her support and education to women and families throughout the phases of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. She takes pleasure in offering guidance and care through well-woman annual visits, contraception, and beyond.

Jaclyn Zaleski is a dedicated and board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner who is deeply passionate about empowering women by providing comprehensive education about their health options. She is committed to being a trusted resource for patients throughout their unique gynecologic and obstetric journeys, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way. This commitment is rooted in a lifelong inspiration from her mother, a long-time sonographer, and was further solidified by her own invaluable experience as a labor and delivery nurse. Jaclyn believes firmly in a collaborative approach to healthcare, partnering with her patients and utilizing evidence-based practices to help them make the best decisions for their individual needs and well-being. This patient-centered focus is balanced by a life outside of work, where she enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, and enriching her life through visiting art museums and attending live music events.

Melissa is a Certified Nurse Midwife dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care to women and families at every stage. Her clinical interests include family planning, prenatal care, birth, postpartum care, and breastfeeding support. Inspired by her own family—growing up with three older sisters and now being an aunt to seven nieces—Melissa approaches her work with empathy and intention, always considering the level of care she would want for those closest to her. She believes women deserve a supportive, respectful healthcare experience and strives to ensure every patient feels heard, valued, and genuinely cared for.

Trenise earned her degree from the University of Michigan and provides compassionate midwifery care for women through every stage of life. Inspired by the strong women who raised her and her own experience becoming a mother, Trenise is dedicated to helping patients feel seen, informed, and supported during some of life's most meaningful moments. Her clinical interests include expanding access to holistic women's healthcare and providing the education patients need to feel confident in their care. She believes in building trusting relationships and creating a welcoming environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and actively involved in decisions about their health. Outside the office, Trenise enjoys gardening, getting lost in a good book, and attending comic conventions.
