Paula Fishbaugh, MD
It didn’t take long for Dr. Fishbaugh to realize she wanted to be a doctor after following her father on rounds during his time as a family practice physician. For her, obstetrics and gynecology has been a rewarding specialty. She celebrates happy times with her patients and also helps them through some of the toughest health obstacles. She appreciates the continuity of care and seeing patients through different phases of their lives. Dr. Fishbaugh is married and has four children. In her free time she spends time with her family at sporting events, enjoys traveling, and loves a good beach read.

Lolonya Moore, MD
Dr. Moore is a board-certified Ob-Gyn and a fellow of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. From childhood, Dr. Moore’s love of science and helping people inspired her career path to become a doctor and help women at all stages of life. She partners with her patients to maintain good health, which includes finding solutions to their problems that align with who they are as individuals and the goals they have for their lives—whether it involves natural methods of care, medication, or surgery. She has a special interest in obstetrics, gynecology, fibroids, and menopause management.

Jennifer Blase, MD
Dr. Kaiser-Blase has always had an interest in women's issues. Being raised by a strong, immigrant physician mother, she knew first-hand the impact women have on the family, society, and health care. When she decided to study medicine, Ob-Gyn was a natural fit. She loves witnessing the strength of mothers bringing life into the world and has a deep appreciation for the combination of preventive and surgical care the field offers. She finds both the obstetric and gynecologic aspects rewarding and feels blessed to have walked with women at some of the most significant times in their lives. She remains committed to providing compassionate care to women at every phase.

Dr. Smith believes in a patient-centric approach to women’s health care. In her free time, she enjoys reading, Peloton, and spending time with family.

Dr. Schloop was inspired to enter the field of obstetrics and gynecology while working as a nursing assistant in college. She continued her training and was met with the unwavering support of many other female physicians in the field who helped shape her into the person and provider she is today. She strives to provide the same support to her patients as they make important decisions throughout their healthcare journeys. Dr. Schloop has specific interests in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, contraception counseling, and prenatal/postpartum care.

Leah enjoys getting to know her patients and providing personalized and compassionate care for women of all ages and backgrounds. Leah began her career in women’s health as a new nurse on the gynecology unit at Beaumont, taking care of a variety of womens health conditions, from surgery recovery to cancer treatments. She later worked in the family birth center for over 20 years, caring for obstetric patients. As a Nurse Practitioner, she has worked in the hospital setting in OB triage, as well as in clinical practice at Women First OB/GYN Center for a wide range of women's health needs, including implant and IUD procedures, menopause treatment, and weight loss counseling.

Janice Best, CNM
Janice completed her BSN at Madonna University in 2008 and graduated in 2023 with her MSN as a Certified Nurse-Midwife at Frontier Nursing University. She is also certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board, licensed by the Michigan Board of Nursing, and is affiliated with the American College of Nurse-Midwives. She served on Labor & Delivery for 10 years and has extensive experience in natural birthing centers. She is passionate about providing patient-centered care, including family planning, holistic birth, and empowering women to make informed decisions regarding their health. Janice also enjoys serving overseas on mission trips and utilizing her heart for Nurse-Midwifery in countries where resources for women's health education is scarce. She is Filipino-American and born in California but Michigan has become her home. She is married and has three daughters.
